Hi! My name is Stephanie and my passion is bringing hope and healing to people facing the many challenges found in our daily lives. We live in an uncertain world today and often our resilience and our emotional health is tested. We endure broken relationships, chronic illnesses, abuses, loss of loved ones, school and job challenges along with typical life transitions. Many of us have now been impacted by larger events such as the pandemic, natural disasters, and community violence. However, it is my belief and my experience, that with every obstacle or adversity we face, we posses an underlying reliance that enables us to conquer those challenges and feel confident in managing our lives. For over 20 years in the field of social work, I have had the privilege of helping many people recognize their personal strengths and build the healthy productive lives in which they aspire to live. My overall approach is eclectic, trauma informed, and compassionate. Together we will find what specific treatment approach works best in your personal journey. My specialties have included working with grief/loss, anxiety, depression, parenting, school issues, family relationships and family conflict.
